By commissioning or purchasing from me, you agree to the Terms of Service below.
These terms may be updated as needed without prior notice.

- Base prices cover personal use and monetized streams. Please credit me visibly (so I can retweet/share it).
- Commercial use +200% for merchandise or promotional purposes (physical or digital).
- Final work may not 100% match references due to style adjustments.
- I don’t draw hardcore NSFW.
- Not every commission request will be accepted.PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
- Full payment upfront; work begins after payment is received.
- Orders will be canceled if unpaid within 3 days of the invoice.
- Full refunds are available before work starts. No refunds once work started.
- Work is considered “started” once any draft or visual development has begun.
- Canceled or refunded works remain the artist’s property and may be reused.
- The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission if the client is disrespectful or violates these terms. No refunds will be issued in such cases.DEADLINES & DELIVERY
- Delivery usually takes 1.5–5 weeks after work begins, depending on workload, complexity, and client response time.USAGE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- My work cannot be resold, redistributed, used for NFTs, AI, offensive, or any unauthorized purposes.
- I retain full copyright over my artwork and may display the work in my portfolio or promotions.
- Any use of copyrighted characters is at your own discretion; I’m not responsible for related legal issues.COMMUNICATION
